overview
Electric contact pressure gauges are widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and machinery, as well as in mechanical and electrical equipment to measure the pressure of various fluid media without explosion hazards The instrument, when used in conjunction with corresponding electrical components such as relays and frequency converters, can achieve automatic control and signaling (alarm) of the measured (controlled) pressure system.
Structural principle
The electric contact pressure gauge consists of a measuring system, an indicating system, a magnetic assisted electric contact device, a housing, an adjusting device, and a junction box (plug socket). A general electric contact pressure gauge is used to measure the positive and negative pressures of gas and liquid media that do not corrode copper and copper alloys. A stainless steel electric contact pressure gauge is used to measure the positive and negative pressures of gas and liquid media that do not corrode stainless steel, and when the pressure reaches a predetermined value, it sends a signal, connects the control circuit, and achieves the purpose of automatic control alarm.
The electric contact pressure gauge is based on the spring tube in the measurement system, which is forced to undergo corresponding elastic deformation and displacement at the end of the spring tube under the pressure of the measured medium. With the help of a pull rod, it is transmitted through a gear transmission mechanism and amplified. The measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the indicator on the fixed gear (along with the contact). At the same time, when it comes into contact with the contact point (upper or lower limit) on the set pointer (dynamic breaking or dynamic closing), it causes the circuit in the control system to be disconnected or connected, in order to achieve automatic control and send alarm signals.
